Five ways 2024 has lifted Skyfri closer to the sky

As one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate technology companies, we trust 2025 will make an even better year for growth and innovation. We are just getting started.

1. Innovation and Product Development
   In 2024 we saw the continued evolution of our product offerings, significantly boosting our revenue per site. Our standout achievement was the development and successful launch of our Energy Management System (EMS). With this launch we enabled the seamless integration of solar PV and battery storage solutions.

2. Geographical Expansion
   We extended our renewable footprint across key markets, launching our first battery sites in Germany and strengthening our presence in both Sweden and the United States.

3. Team Development
   We bolstered our team with strategic hires in technology and sales. A key addition was Christian Matvik, formerly Director of Energy Products of Cegal, who joined as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), enhancing our technical capabilities.

4. Industry Recognition
   Our progress did not go unnoticed. We received regulatory approval in Germany as an electricity distributor and were ranked 9th among Europe’s fastest-growing climate technology companies by Sifted. Read more about Sifted.

5. Market Leadership and Vision
   As 2024 comes to a close, we are proud to have established Skyfri as a market leader in Norway. Our robust software and hardware technology stack provides clients with transparency and control over their energy assets, empowering them to contribute to the sustainable energy transition.

Looking Ahead to 2025
This year marks only the beginning. In 2025, we aim to further expand our position across the Nordics, Europe, and the United States.
